Circus Sarasota Big Top tickets & upcoming events

Imagine stepping into an outdoor circus wonderland right by the serene waters of Nathan Benderson Park. The Circus Sarasota Big Top is not just your average tent, it’s a vibrant hub of energy and excitement, set against the backdrop of a peaceful lake and lush greenery. Since 2003, this iconic venue has hosted its legendary annual circus camp, drawing young performers from all over to learn the tricks of the trade. The colorful, patterned fabric canopy is almost a local landmark, so much so that in 2012, artists decorated its pillars inspired by circus history, making the whole place feel like a living piece of art. The seating is designed for smooth sailing, making sure everyone gets a good view, whether you're sitting in the front row or just snagging a budget-friendly seat. And let’s be honest, the environment itself is pretty breathtaking, picture perfect for snapping some photos before and after the show. Plus, being nestled near the tranquil waters of Nathan Benderson Park means you get a scenic drive from Sarasota or Bradenton, making the whole experience even more memorable. Honestly, if you're into live shows with a splash of charm and a lot of fun, this is the place to be.
